Dan Ligtvoet

As Managing Director Viacom International Media Networks Northern Europe, Dan Ligtvoet is responsible for managing all Viacom International Media Networks operations in the Northern European region, which include the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland and Austria as well as Poland, Ukraine and the Baltic States. In his role as Managing Director Northern Europe, Ligtvoet is a member of the senior management of Viacom International Media Networks. In addition to his regional responsibilities, Ligtvoet chairs the Comedy Central International Brand Team, directing the international alignment of the Comedy Central brand across all functions within Viacom International Media Networks. Previous roles in his career include posts with Initiative Media Group (IM), part of the Interpublic Group (Lowe, McCann, Universal-McCann), where after various leading positions in the strategy and buying departments of the company, he became Managing Director of Initiative Media Netherlands in 1998. During his career at IM, Ligtvoet chaired the PMA, the association of all Dutch Media Buying Agencies, and was founding member of a Joint Industry Committee, SKO, which gave birth to the newly set up TV daily viewing research in 2000. He joined Viacom International Media Networks in 2002 as General Manager Benelux and subsequently was promoted to General Manager Benelux and Nordic. 
 
Heike Leidiger

As Vice President, Director Business & Legal Affairs, Heike Leidiger is managing the legal department for Viacom International Media Networks since 2005. In October 2011, she took additional responsibilities as Deputy Country Manager Viacom International Media Networks Germany. Furthermore, Heike is holding the youth protection officer position for MTV, VIVA, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central.  She made her first career moves at Viacom International Media Networks as a company lawyer at VIVA Media AG. After finishing her state examination, Heike Leidiger worked for the chancellery Leonhardt & Partner in Berlin between 1997 and 2002.
